1. How to book any resource in this website?
It is very straight forward. Just follow the below steps.
  • Select the menu "Start Booking" or "Browse Resources" under the booking menu
  • Select the resource from available list
  • Click the link "Goto Shows List" for the selected resource
  • This will take you to the page "Browse Shows"
  • Choose the preferred date & time for the show
  • Click the link "Book Now" for the selected show
  • This will take you to the page "Show Booking Order"
  • Select the seat of your choice from layout & fill other details
  • Click on the "Continue" button to go confirmation page
  • Click on the "Submit and Make payment" button
  • Paypal payment page will be displayed and follow the paypal instructions to complete your payment

    2. Can we place a quick order?
    Yes. If you already have your profile in our website, you can login and go to order form. The order form will be shown with default values filled. You can just select the seat and proceed with payment.
     
    3. Do we need to login to book any resource?
    Not required. You can place the booking order without logging in.

    However it is recommended to login and then place order. Because this will link the order to your account and allow you to track/check the status of your order at later stage.
     
    4. How to create login account to this website?
    You can create login account yourself via New User Sign-up page. It is FREE of charge.
     
    5. Is there any charges for creating account?

    9. How do we make payment for the order?
    You can make payment through PayPal. When you submit the order form, you will be automatically taken to Paypal payment page.
     
    10. Do we need to make the payment immediately for our order?
    Yes. The payment for your order needs to be made immediately, otherwise your seat selection will be canceled.

    The seats you selected will be kept ON-HOLD for only 12 minutes. You need to complete the payment within this period. Otherwise your booking will be canceled and seats will be released to others.
     
    11. How do we check the status of the order?
    Goto to "Booking Order" page. This page will list all your orders with status. You can also track the status.
     
    12. How do we receive the confirmation for the orders placed?
    Once the order is placed and payment is successful, the email confirmation will be sent to you. You can take print-out of the order and proceed to the show.

    Alternatively you can also login to your account and print out the order in the "Booking Orders" page.
     
    13. How do we clarify any queries on the resources/shows ordered?
    When you receive your order confirmation, you will be notified of supplier / representative information. You can directly contact them to get things clarified, they will be more helpful.

    Alternatively if it is NOT very urgent, you can clarify them when you are going for the show itself.
     
    14. How do we contact the supplier / show organizer?
    When you receive your order confirmation mail, you will be notified of supplier / show organizer information, so you can contact them directly for any clarifications.
     
    15. What are the business process flow steps involved for the booking order?
    The complete business process flow for the booking order is depicted in following diagram which is self explanatory. As a buyer, your responsibility is just to submit the order and make payment. Our system / network will take care of all other responsibilities.


     
    16. What are the modes of payment allowed?
    Payment can be made using PayPal account or all other modes (including creditcard / debitcard / NETS) supported by PayPal.
